We are a London-based consultancy with deep knowledge of the London property and construction market. However, many of our clients are not London-based, and therefore seek our specific knowledge as a key advantage.

We celebrate 13 years of trading in 2017.

We offer a highly specialised service, in that no one really knows the industry as well as us. Our top team is exceptionally well connected, too.

It depends what you need. With our Strategic Business Development Review, we get right down to the nitty gritty of what you want to achieve, and then provide a tactical plan, structured and costed to help you get there.

We are happy to work on either. Ideally, we get to know you as a customer and develop a long-term relationship where we become your outsourced sales and marketing team. But we are also happy to offer help on ad hoc projects if this is required.

All of our team are educated to degree level or equivalent in marketing, business, research, media and communications. Our managing director is one of the few executives in the UK to hold Chartered Marketer status. And as for hands-on experience, we have all worked within leading corporate businesses in international business development, marketing and consultancy.
