Sarah Chapman FInstSMM

Sarah has over 20 years of experience in the property, design, fit-out and construction industries. She has worked in property, retail design, architecture, furniture, commercial fit-out and construction.

Sarah has an excellent reputation in the industry, gained through an impressive track record of sales achievement and profit growth. She has worked at board level within Morgan Sindall plc and at Willmott Dixon and is a well-connected networker.

Sarah has a reputation as a very driven individual with an extremely successful track record. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management and is qualified with the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Sarah also holds the position of Visiting Lecturer at South Bank University teaching MSc Quantity Surveying students in Marketing in Construction.

Sarah Chapman can also work closely with Karen Kimberley on various management training and development programmes designed to help senior level teams develop corporate strategy and direction.

Sarah and Karen have known each other for over twenty years and have worked successfully together with a number of organisations.Karen brings considerable experience from outside the construction and property sector and in this way contributes greatly to ‘best practice’ with an objective, and sometimes necessary outsiders point of view.

Lorraine Donald

Lorraine has vast experience within the corporate sector with a career spanning some twenty years working for plc companies both in construction and outside.  Most recently she was Editor of Reuters Daily Newsletter – an extremely tough, demanding role where every recipient was themselves a journalist.  Lorraine has managed corporate communications campaigns for major construction companies and her journalistic skills have been employed writing glossy coffee table publications to press releases and newsletters. Lorraine and Sarah work closely together managing PR and communications campaigns.
