Mark Chapman BSc (Est Man) MRICS

Mark is a qualified chartered surveyor with 25 years of experience in retail property management. Prior to establishing Chapman & Chapman,  Mark worked with a number of leading retail companies including Richards, Blazer, Anonymous, Jacadi and finally Mothercare where he headed up the property team.

Over an 18-year period, he amassed a wealth of experience managing the company’s property portfolio throughout the UK and overseas. Mark is a member of Accessible Retail, the leading voice of out-of-town retailing that represents the views of owners, investors and occupiers; a member of the Shop Agents Society; and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Mark is married to Sarah and has three daughters. He enjoys Judo and Rugby … and relaxing with a beer!
