It gives us great pleasure to welcome Anne Strohman to Chapman Consulting. It is a great privilege for us to welcome someone with such experience to our Business Development team.
Having worked in the property and construction sector for over 35 years Anne has deep roots within the industry, having started as a Site Based Procurement Manager and progressing to a Director level position with a professional consultancy practice.
Anne has been involved in the industry through various projects, namely The New British Library Project at King’s Cross, , a shopping centre redevelopment in Cambridge, an office development at Minster Court in the City of London, a number of high end residential redevelopments in Mayfair and a range of office fit outs throughout Central London.
With her experience in her previous roles of being part of a client team and her vast industry knowledge, Anne moving into Business Development was the next logical step. This move saw Anne leading two professional consultancy practices’ Business Development and Marketing departments, where she was responsible for developing and implementing complete Business Development and Marketing processes whilst also supporting the Business Development activities of the company’s leadership teams.
Anne noted her favourite aspect of Business Development and the predominant driver for her advancements in her career were working with organisations to help them realise their full Business Development potential and working with individuals within the organisations to help them understand the Business Development Process and developing their Business Development skills.
Chapman Consulting are exceptionally pleased to welcome Anne to our ranks and look forward to providing exceptionally improved services in both Business Development and Marketing.
When asked why she chose to join Chapman Consulting, Anne stated her experience with our founder, Sarah Chapman, over many years and their shared Business Development views within Property and Construction made it the logical next step for her career.
