Phi Lighting designs, manufactures and sells high quality, design-led lighting products and systems which
add value through technical innovation.

We were appointed by Phi Lighting to provide business development and marketing strategy as well as PR support for their push into the London market, with primary focus on the commercial, educational, healthcare and leisure sectors.

Phi Lighting were keen to build on their regional success with a tactical move into the London market, the largest and most lucrative in the UK. The company, however, had no significant foothold in the capital. So we needed to build the brand profile and establish new connections.

After researching key decision makers via the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers, we set up over 350 meetings with project engineers. We also created a new database of high-potential contacts for telemarketing and lead generation. This was all underpinned by targeted brand and marketing strategy.

In the course of a close, four-year working relationship, we have been instrumental in helping Phi Lighting grow from the Warwickshire regional location servicing the Midlands to become a significant force in London. The business has trebled in size and turnover, and now deliver large scale projects for multi-national corporations and national retail chains.
