Chapman Consulting’s one-day vision, mission and values workshop will help you define and develop far-reaching vision and mission statements as well as the three to five core values that will guide the business. This session is usually attended by the all the owners of the business and, in some cases, other senior staff.

A SWOT analysis is a widely recognised tool for analysis of a business’ internal Strengths and Weaknesses and externally, the Opportunities and Threats.  The SWOT contributes to an enhanced achievement of the overall business vision and informs marketing strategy.

Chapman Consulting’s half day SWOT workshop will help you develop a robust SWOT analysis that can be reviewed annually.   As well as senior management, this could form a useful session with selected wider team member and affords them the opportunity to engage with and be part of the business planning and improvement process.
