The Opportunity

CHPK appointed Chapman Consulting to produce an email marketing campaign in the form of a digital newsletter. It was designed to increase awareness of CHPK’s brand, cleanse the company’s recipient database, and generate new business leads, whilst building relationships with existing clients, customers, and business partners. 







The Challenge

To make the company newsletter engaging and informative, it was essential to include a mix of company updates, case studies, industry news, and employee-focused content. Chapman Consulting interviewed the senior management team for information, researched the topics, and then collated this into compelling and concise copy. They also sourced images, which along with the copy, were sent to the design studio. The designer provided three attractive concepts, one of which was then chosen to be developed into the newsletter.

The Outcome

The newsletter was a success, and the engagement rate exceeded expectations. It had an open rate of 47.5%, far more than the Real Estate, Design, and Construction industry average of 19.7%. The click-through rate was 17.2%, again surpassing the Real Estate, Design, and Construction industry rate of 1.3%. The design and copy were successful in delivering the message and the newsletter has grown momentum for CHPK in terms of brand awareness and brand loyalty.
