The Opportunity
Every year, Leasehold London holds a conference at etc. venues, County Hall, where industry experts discuss sector-specific topics including the Building Safety Act & Gateway 3, Mental Health & Wellbeing in Property & Construction, Facade & Fire Safety, and lots more. This year our client, CHPK, was a proud sponsor and they approached Chapman Consulting with the task of coordinating this event for them.

The Challenge
The challenge included producing an attractive stand to draw potential new customers in and creating new literature to be distributed.
Chapman Consulting were tasked with writing, designing, and printing two brochures, a prize draw flyer, and a leaflet, designing a banner stand, two roll-up banners and a counter stand that could be used at multiple events, researching branded merchandise and laying out a social media plan that would run from the previous week up until the event.
The Outcome
We coordinated with multiple different suppliers to create the perfect stand banner design for the venue. Our team ensured that all materials were created cohesively and accurately within a short time frame. The success of the event has enabled CHPK to expand their clientele base, as well as highlight their commitment to showcasing themselves in a positive and refreshing way to this traditional market.
