Sarah’s 30 years of experience in sales and marketing has achieved her director-level and equity positions in two major plc construction companies.
She was the first equity-level sales and marketing director of a highly-recognised construction company in 2002, and founded Chapman Consulting in 2005. Her in depth knowledge covers the commercial office fit-out, retail, health, education and high-end residential markets.
Furthermore, she sits on the 100 Property Club’s committee and is a member of The London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, amongst other property and construction organisations. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys regular visits to Cornwall, sailing and interior design.
Leading Chapman Consulting’s creative team, Jen is a highly accomplished art director with over 10 years of experience working with some of the UK’s leading brands in the property, retail and leisure industries. She is ambitious and passionate about everything creative – especially typography, digital solutions and photographic style.
One of her most prized skills is distilling clients’ key messages and visualising them through communications that clearly stand out in today’s exceptionally competitive marketplace. Jen is also a strong advocate for brand consistency – ensuring that our clients’ collateral captures the right messages throughout.
Emma is the Strategic Communications Consultant at Chapman Consulting. Formerly Head of Communications and Strategic Marketing for The Crown Estate, a £10 billion business, Emma brings a broad range of experience to our clients, from both the property industry and communications sector. Her high-level responsibility includes all strategic, corporate, reputation management and public image, digital, social and internal communications.
Previous to her time at The Crown Estate, Emma developed 30 years’ worth of experience at a global communications agency in the field of public and private sectors; straddling media relations and public affairs, government relations, along with marketing and internal communications.
Shirley comes to Chapman Consulting with over 10 years of varied experience within the financial sector. She brings with her an extensive background in account management and client relationship management. Whilst working with some of the top UK financial intermediaries, she has developed a wealth of knowledge in marketing, product development and business management. Shirley has a passion for building & sustaining relationships throughout all levels of management and brings a positive influence to our team by striving to get the job done.
In Shirley’s spare time, she enjoys an active lifestyle including mountain biking and keeping fit, amongst traveling, cooking and eating out.
Rowan has over 30 years’ experience working for several blue-chip companies in a range of industries. Her professional background includes a degree in Production Engineering and Management where she was sponsored by IBM, and involved in the production of the first desk-top computers back in the 1980’s. She subsequently switched to a career in computer programming and business systems implementation at Accenture where she developed a strong process orientated mindset. She made her final switch to financial accounting and has been working with Sarah for over 8 years.
This has included managing the accounts and helping to drive the company’s robust growth plan. She is focused on delivering improved efficiencies and value for money. In her spare time, she enjoys family life, travelling and the great outdoors.
Nigel is a business adviser, consultant and director specialising in business improvement and growth, strategy, new ventures, marketing and client relationships.
He has 30 years’ experience in the property and construction sectors, setting up and growing businesses, managing partnerships, marketing and business development. Furthermore, he has held director positions at plc and SME companies as well as spent time as an independent management consultant.
Out of work, Nigel spends as much of his time as possible with his family and two dogs. When he isn’t with them, he is keeping fit and pursuing his passion for Tae Kwondo where he is a 2nd Dan Black Belt Certified Instructor.
Remmy is a young and energetic marketer, with previous experience in developing, managing and executing social media campaigns for Queen Mary, University of London. Remmy’s attention to detail and deadline-driven nature allows him to execute briefs and complete projects effectively within tight timeframes. Having recently completed his Marketing and Management Degree, Remmy is eager to turn his theoretical knowledge into practical experience.
He provides valuable administrative support to the Chapman Consulting team. In his spare time, Remmy is a passionate artist who can be found painting landscapes.
Karen is a highly experienced communication coach and change consultant, helping leaders in the corporate and public sector to engage their people.
With 25 years’ experience, Karen is qualified in Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (RECBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and ‘brain friendly’ learning with The Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (ITOL). Karen also has a keen interest in neuroscience and the brain in business. Awarded a prestigious Churchill Fellowship in 2008, Karen’s engaging approach has helped improve communication, confidence and performance for leaders in businesses as diverse as Standard Life, Balfour Beatty, London Underground and British Gas. Furthermore, she mentors young people as a volunteer for The Prince’s Trust and has private practices in Windsor and Maidenhead.
Tiffany’s senior management experience began with her central figure role in a global franchise. Responsible for the brand’s growth and market positioning, she has exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach to building brand recognition.
Tiffany is fully qualified with the Chartered Institute of Marketing and is a practised strategic thinker whose abilities truly shine when creating dynamic design solutions both in print and digital. Furthermore, she is a classically trained singer and performer, with a professional diploma in Musical Theatre from the London School of Musical Theatre and the Arts.
With over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, Neil has worked on national and international projects across a wide range of sectors. He began his career as a quantity surveyor which led onto a project management and development management focus.
This included advising clients directly as a secondee into their organisations. Such insight enabled Neil to assess how companies operate and their decision-making processes. As a result, Neil became one of the first business development directors in a large consultancy, setting the strategy to deliver both growth and increased profitability through proper planning and control.
He has operated at the board level of private companies and plcs, creating vision, and giving these businesses direction and focus through well-prepared business plans, and targeted marketing strategies.
Kate is fresh out of Oxford Brookes University, having studied Business and Management. Whilst studying modules and completing projects at university, Kate decided that she wished to pursue a career in marketing, bringing up-to-date knowledge of the communications world to the team, as well as her keen creative eye.
Within Chapman Consulting, Kate’s role is primarily to support the account management team across varying projects and clients. In her spare time, Kate enjoys running, traveling, long walks in the countryside, hockey and any other sport that gets thrown at her.
Michelle 20 years’ worth of agency and client-side experience has led her to work with brands such as Porsche GB, Aston Martin, Standard Life Healthcare, Action Aid, and Battersea Dogs and Cats Home.
With a wealth of varied sector experience, from strategy to implementation, Michelle brings strong management skills to the team, building a collaborative and prosperous business culture. Her drive is to deliver only the best for her clients on brief, time and budget.
Outside work, she has a busy personal life with two children, two cats and a husband. Her favourite past time is laying by a pool and soaking up sunshine.
