Dave brings more than 25 years’ experience in sales and marketing to Chapman Consulting, predominantly within the UK residential and commercial property sectors working both agency and client-side.
Dave’s previous positions include Directorships of three central London-based marketing and communications agencies. These agencies provided full-service marketing solutions to a range of UK residential housebuilder clients, luxury and age-exclusive developers, housing associations, commercial property funds and estate agencies. Dave’s experience client-side includes long stints with two of London and the South East’s leading housing providers, ultimately as Head of Residential Sales and Marketing.
Working with clients at a strategic level, Dave brings to Chapman Consulting a wealth of B2B and B2C expertise across all marketing disciplines and significantly strengthens the agency offer in respect of creative content and digital marketing.
Outside work Dave is keen on most sports. With his playing days behind him, however, his sporting activities are today confined to taking his young son to play football and watching the rugby as a Harlequins season ticket holder.
