Sarah has 30 years of experience in sales and marketing in the construction and property sector achieving Director-level and equity positions with two major plc construction companies in her career. Sarah was the first equity-level sales and marketing director of a construction company in 2002 and led the way for board-level sales and marketing management leadership. Sarah founded Chapman Consulting in 2005. Her specialist knowledge spans the commercial office fit-out, retail, health, education and high-end residential markets. She cites accelerating business growth through the application of rigorous and rapid business development activity as a core skill.
Sarah has also built up her own property portfolio, both commercial and residential and is an active property investor and developer. Sarah has lectured at London’s South Bank University, lecturing in marketing to MSc Construction students. Sarah sits on the committee of the 100 Property Club, is a member of Movers & Shakers, The London Chamber of Commerce, and many other property and construction related organisations. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys regular visits to Cornwall, sailing and interior design.
